A few weeks ago, when I was being particularly hard and impatient with myself, Steve turned to me and said “ give yourself some grace “. I received his words of wisdom with a pause. I allowed myself to feel the deeper truth of these words. I softened my harshness and resistance to myself and what was arising within me, to be felt and acknowledged as the tears welled up in my eyes.

WEEK 22 ALIGNMENT A-HA. No more self-abandonment. The micro and the macro. Science explains that the more the microscope goes down into our cells, the more it all looks like the solar system and universe.
I am so proud of me Week 22 ALIGNMENT. I have stayed in consistent commitment to my SOUL guidance to prioritise my inner-alignment in 2025 above all else. It has been intense this journey through the first half of the year to sit with the discomfort of that which was not in alignment within me like shame, rejection, resistance, control.
There has been many tantrums of my egoic personality, fighting and wrestling to keep its hand on the steering wheel of my life path. This was from feeling unsafe in the unknown, the need to control and distrusting my inherent energy and soul path.
When I was in Australia a few months ago having a session with a very energetically attuned lady, she asked me a question “ who abandoned you “. At first due to having had experiences in two childrens homes from age 3 to 6 years old, I thought I would say it was my father and mother.
However, what came out of my mouth in that moment was ‘ the universe’. In awe of what just left my lips, I followed this with the A-Ha “ hang on, I am the universe in person, so I abandoned myself to give myself this experience of separation and I am the only one that can un-abandon myself” .
This shift in my awareness has been gold. So simple and so profound. It has helped me to stop waiting for others to accept and approve of me. It has helped me to stop trying to avoid certain experiences for fear of being rejected and abandoned.
Most importantly, it has stopped me from rejecting parts of myself I had believed was not lovable or acceptable.
All of me is lovable, just like all of you is lovable!
So, Woohoo and hallelujah for all the VIBRANT LOVE years ahead of us !!!
